CFJS is the new name of BJH Foundation, formed after the closing of the Blumenthal Jewish Home for the Aged in Clemmons, NC.

Enriching Life for Jewish Adults

CFJS MISSION

The purpose of CFJS, the new name of BJH Foundation, is to enrich the lives of Jewish adults residing in North and South Carolina by distributing grants to organizations providing activities, services and programs for Jewish adults in accordance with Jewish values and beliefs. CFJS also raises funds to increase the resources for their endeavors on behalf of Jewish adults in the Carolinas.

Who Can Receive Support?

CFJS Awards Grants to:

  • Organizations in need of funding to enrich the lives of Jewish adults in your community;

  • Organizations serving Jewish adults living in North or South Carolina

  • A 501(C)(3) charitable organization as determined by IRS regulations, unless you are affiliated with another tax-exempt organization such as local government, school or synagogue.
